A refreshing and light summer-only Red Hare

It is made using carefully selected, high-quality Golden Senkan and Ei Murasaki rice, and brewed with clear water that is naturally filtered through the Shirasu plateau unique to Kagoshima.
It has a slight fruity aroma from the purple sweet potato and a clean, refreshing taste.

The easy-to-drink, refreshing taste goes well on the rocks or chilled and straight, but we recommend mixing shochu with carbonated water in a 4 : 6 ratio!
The carbonation brings out the fruity taste even more, making for a refreshing flavor.

Using mild and soft white koji and fresh golden Senkan rice from Kagoshima, it is brewed with soft water from the local Kanmuritake spring, and then aged and filtered repeatedly, before being refined to create a unique flavor that is unlike any other.
The moment you take a sip, a refreshing feeling rises. It has a sharp yet fruity taste. It has a moderate potato flavor. It is a versatile potato shochu that goes well with any dish, whether Japanese or Western.
