 A few years ago, I was traveling with two friends and had the opportunity to stay at a small temple.
 For dinner, the elderly monk who was the head of the temple treated us to some very delicious soba and shochu.
 It was a masterpiece that had reached the pinnacle of maturity, and exuded a subtle sense of wabi-sabi.
 Now I miss the old monk Shochu and contacted him, but the temple no longer exists.
 I had a drink with that friend the other day, and it seems he was also strangely impressed.
 By the way, we call this monk Soba Osho.
