[Angel's Temptation]

World-renowned long-term barrel-aged potato shochu

This is an imo shochu that has previously won the highest gold award and the highest award in its category, the Trophy, at the IWSC (International Wine & Spirits Competition).

The special raw liquor (alcohol content 40%) is aged for 10 years in carefully selected sherry casks.
Its color is a pale amber, and the subtle sweetness and lingering, refined flavor are undoubtedly the characteristics of the potato. The passage of time has made the potato aroma deeper and more vivid, resulting in a rich, mellow flavor.
The depth of flavor, richness, and aroma that only long-aged liquor can offer are delicious and will expand the range of occasions in which authentic shochu can be drunk.

The name "Angel's Temptation" comes from the fact that the gradual reduction in volume due to alcohol evaporation during the long period of aging is called the "Angel's Share."
