This time, we will be introducing YATTO ASHITAWA ( Finally Tomorrow ) , brewed by Master Brewer Yumiba of Kagoshima Shuzo !
A blend of Kogane Senkan black koji raw sake and Shirotoyo white koji aged for three years.
A mellow, aromatic aroma similar to sweet potato.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smooth sweetness of the potato and its rich depth.
You can also enjoy the crisp taste and moderate aftertaste.
