Ton Suiraku was born after repeated trials and errors by Tensei Shuzo in response to requests from many liquor stores to develop a high-quality imo shochu that is easy to drink, provides a pleasant buzz, and can be enjoyed from the bottom of one's heart.

Among the Ton Suiraku series, this "Ton Suiraku Yume" is a limited edition released from the brewery only twice a year.

The rich umami of Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes, the elegance of Tama Akane sweet potatoes, and the crispness brought by black koji brewing form a trinity, while the mellow taste from kame (ceramic pot) aging brings everything together.

It is especially recommended on the rocks or with soda.
