The cute and eye-catching jacket was designed by Yuki Tsujimoto of Yukinofu Design, a designer active mainly in Osaka.

Rice is 60% polished using "Menkoina" from Akita Prefecture.
You can feel the umami of the rice and the sourness of Ao, and the aftertaste is gentle and well-balanced.
