This sake was prepared as a special treat for guests at the 5-star celebration of the World Sake Brewery Ranking and the 2023 Horai Spring Kura Festival.
Celebrations and Kura Matsuri were canceled due to the corona crisis, and a phantom sake that has lost its place to go has been specially released for Horai fans.

The strong sake rice used is a late maturing rice that takes days to grow, and the height of the rice exceeds 150 cm.
As you can see from the height, the rice is also characterized by large grains.
In new sake, it is difficult to open the scent, but the timing of aging is the best condition.
