This Leopard is a spin-off sake brewed to adjust the spiciness of the brewery's standard products, Kurei Junmai and Dry Junmai, when they are pasteurized with water !
The sake is then aged for more than six months as raw sake before being bottled.

This is not a sake that is usually available on the market very often, but it has a mellow flavor and a sharp spiciness that is typical of Kurei, with a sake meter value of +9 .
Since it's not something you'd wear on a daily basis, this is a limited release with a very impactful leopard print label!
