This sparkling sake has a light, refreshing taste with fine bubbles and a refreshing aroma reminiscent of muscat grapes.

The alcohol content is set at 12% to bring out the flavor of the base pure rice sake, and while the sweet and sour taste gives it a sense of volume, the sharp acidity that is characteristic of Kubota makes it feel refreshing on the palate.

You can drink it chilled, of course, but it also goes even smoother on the rocks, and you can add fruit to make a cocktail.
It goes well with dishes that have a refreshing sour taste, such as marinades, or dishes that have a savory, salty taste, such as prosciutto.
