The industry-famous "Oku THE MOON" series has attracted a lot of attention, and this time they have released a new seasonal version of the slightly active origarami namazake standard made with different rice.
All of these items are extremely limited edition sakes made using extremely small batches of just 400kg of rice.

The quality of the sake has further improved since the addition of the 23-year-old sixth-generation head brewer, Masayuki Yamazaki, who trained at Tenryohai Sake Brewery, which brews Gagakudai.

Fruity aromas reminiscent of banana, melon, and white grapes, centered around La France and Japanese pear.
Along with a strong gassy feel, the juicy flavor spreads throughout your mouth, and the exquisitely adjusted alcohol content gives it just the right amount of volume, yet it is well-balanced and disappears quickly without feeling heavy.

By thoroughly chilling it, it doesn't taste as sweet as the sake meter value suggests, and as the temperature rises, the La France-like aroma suddenly blooms, and combined with the mellowness of the lees, you can enjoy a taste similar to La France milk soda.
