Natural sparkling wine, limited to 1200 bottles

Steuben and Muscat Bailey A from Okitama, Yamagata Prefecture are fermented at low temperature for three months, with the paddle being added only two or three times, and the fermentation is essentially left to its own devices. However, by not encouraging rapid sugar fermentation, the paddle addition allows the aromas from the fruit skin to be transferred to the liquid.

This time, we carried out proper lactic acid fermentation in tanks before the secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a wine with a fun development of flavors.
Upon opening, you can smell the fruity aroma and a fragrant flavor.
Please enjoy "Okitama Punch" instead of "Fruit Punch".
