This is a fruity, sweet Junmai Ginjo sake made from Ginpu, a rice variety suited to sake brewing that is Hokkaido's signature variety, polished to 50% and finished with a combination of Association 1801 yeast and Yamagata yeast.
It is currently attracting attention nationwide as a rare and legendary Yamagata sake.
It has a well-balanced taste with a gorgeous aroma and fresh flavor, and is a sweet type of sake, which is rare for Sugiyu Warabioka Sake Brewery.

A new and challenging sake brewed in a brewery located in a village rich in water.
The "mountain" in the character "Arashi" (storm) represents the sacred Mount Chokai, and the "wind" represents the harsh winter seasonal winds that blow from the Sea of Japan onto Mount Chokai, bringing abundant water for brewing to the foot of the mountain.
The character "Do" represents the fact that the brewery is "standing" in such a "village" rich in water.
