Made with 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, known as the king of sake rice and considered to be the finest of all.
This Junmai Daiginjo sake was created through trial and error, starting with the making of koji, in order to maximize the characteristics of high-quality sake rice.

Light ginjo aroma.
The use of Kumamoto yeast brings out the full, rich flavor.
The aftertaste is a crisp, dry drink.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake that pairs well with food and is perfect for drinking with meals.
