A high-quality mirin with a sweet and rich taste made from domestically produced glutinous rice.
We carefully select domestic glutinous rice grown using environmentally friendly methods, and use rice koji made locally from Aichi rice, as well as authentic shochu brewed and distilled in-house, before aging it for two years.
This is authentic mirin of the same quality as was made before the war when mirin was extremely expensive.
It has a rich aroma, a crisp, refreshing sweetness and a lingering natural flavor.
It's so delicious you can drink it, with its elegant, sharp sweetness and good shine and luster. It is packed with the rich flavor of rice that brings out the natural taste of the ingredients.
