Kamenoumi Junmai Daiginjo Kinmonnishiki Subzero Storage Terroir Gorobei Premium Cuvee 720ml [With Gift Box]
【Kamenoumi Junmai Daiginjo Kinmonnishiki Ice-Aged Terroir Gorobei Premium Cuvée】
The ultimate elegance, crafted from carefully selected Kinmonnishiki
Since 2000, Tsuchiya Shuzo has been cultivating sake rice in the Gorobei Shinden area of Asashina, Saku City. This exclusive limited-edition sake is brewed using only the finest quality rice harvested that year, which is deemed to be the best.
The raw material rice used is Kinmonnishiki, a sake rice that Nagano Prefecture boasts. It is meticulously polished down to 39% and brewed with the combined skills of the kurabito (brewery workers).
Furthermore, the pressed sake is aged in bottles for one year in an ice-cold environment at -7°C.
This slow maturation process results in a smooth, mellow texture and a rich, deep flavor.
A refined and elegant aroma rises from the glass.
Upon tasting, a rich umami flavor, combining both delicacy and depth, spreads across the palate, leading to a long and graceful finish.
This is a special bottle, woven from the terroir of Gorobei Shinden and the craftsmanship of the brewery.
Pair it with dried fruits or nuts and slowly savor its profound charm.
・About Tsuchiya Shuzo
Founded in 1900. Wishing for their sake to be served at joyful feasts, they named their sake "Kamenoumi" (Turtle's Ocean) from "Kijufukai," which means "truly auspicious."
Using the Chikumagawa river's underflow and sake rice from the Saku plain, they continue to brew rich local sake in their historic wooden brewery.
