Natural honey-like sweetness and firm acidity create a crisp and deep flavor.

After the grapes are squeezed, some of the juice is cooled in a tank until it becomes like a sherbet, the juice is condensed, and then fermented.
Not only the sugar content, but also various grape components are concentrated, so you can enjoy the Koshu grape even more.
