It has a full aroma of strawberry jam and black cherry, with a smooth mouthfeel.
It has a slight sweetness and mild astringency, making it recommended for red wine beginners.

The wines we produce with meticulous care and imagination, from grape cultivation, are bottled in 720ml bottles. However, since Issho-bin (1.8L bottle) wine is a Yamanashi culture, we intend to continue producing it as long as possible. We hope those who find this background appealing will enjoy our wine.

While it's a good value with 2.5 times the volume of a full bottle, oxidation begins once uncorked. However, since it's originally for everyday drinking, there's no need to worry too much about minor details. The aroma and taste will gradually change, but it can be enjoyed for about a week (in summer, it spoils faster, so please consume it as soon as possible). We have recommended sake vessels other than wine glasses, so please refer to them.

Finally, there are Issho-bin wines on the market that use bulk (mass-produced imported wine) or must (imported concentrated juice) to reduce costs. However, our wine is a pure local sake made only from grapes grown by local farmers. Please refrain from purchasing if you are simply looking for cheap wine in an Issho-bin.
