We use our imagination and great care to create wine in 720ml bottles. However, since 1.8L bottled wine is a part of Yamanashi culture, we intend to continue to sell it as long as possible. We hope that people who are interested in this background will enjoy our wine.
It's a good deal because it's 2.5 times the amount of a full bottle , but of course it will start to oxidize after you open it. But since it's meant to be enjoyed in the evening, don't worry too much about the details. The aroma and flavor will gradually change, but it will be delicious for about a week (it goes bad quickly in the summer, so drink it as soon as possible). There are recommended sake cups for each that are not wine glasses, so I hope you will use them as a reference.
Finally, there are wines in 1.8L bottles that use bulk ( mass-produced imported wine) or must (imported concentrated fruit juice) to reduce costs, but our wine is made only from grapes grown by local farmers and is truly local. If you are simply looking for cheap wine in a 1.8L bottle, please refrain from purchasing.
