Light potato shochu that can be enjoyed in hot weather
Using Beniotome from Osumi Peninsula, Kagoshima Prefecture, it is brewed with white koji L type with high ginjo aroma.
After fermenting the moromi at a low temperature, it is distilled under reduced pressure to give it a light taste and a fruity aroma like ginjo sake.
Enjoy refreshingly on the rocks, with water, and with soda!
