Satamisaki black koji rice 1800ml
[Sata Misaki black rice malt preparation]
Originally a local sweet potato shochu sold exclusively in the Minamiokuma area of Kagoshima Prefecture.
As a local flavor, it goes well with fresh seafood caught at the fishing port.
It has a deep flavor derived from black rice malt, and we aim to create a taste that you won't get tired of drinking every night.
The label is an illustration of Cape Sata, the southernmost cape on the mainland.
Cape Sata is located on the 31st parallel north latitude at the southern tip of the main island of Kyushu, and one of Japan's oldest lighthouses, the Cape Sata Lighthouse, is located 50 meters offshore from the cliff at the southern tip of Owashima.
