Tenpoichi Moei Buki Junmai Directly Drawn 720ml/1800ml
[Tenpoichi Moei Buki Junmai Directly Drawn]
Good volume and fruitiness
This sake is bottled directly from the newly developed Omachi variety of sake rice, "Moei Ibuki," which was cultivated in Hiroshima Prefecture.
The result is a drink with a rich flavor and reminiscent of juicy grapes.
Enjoy the exciting fruity aroma and rich flavor.
・From the back label: Tenpoichi is grown in a warm region in eastern Hiroshima prefecture, near the Seto Inland Sea (Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama city).
The "brewing water" used in sake brewing is soft water (ancient water) pumped up from 200 meters underground on our premises.
Our motto is to make sake that brings out the best in food, and we aim to make sake that does not interfere with meals. We cherish the umami, acidity and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth, and we brew all of our koji using our original box koji making method, brewing each and every grain carefully.
We hope that everyone who drinks our beverage will feel happy.
