This year's Chokaisan Hiyaoroshi is made from new sake that has been pasteurized in the bottle and then refrigerated and aged at 7°C.
When you put it in your mouth, you will taste a rich aroma reminiscent of grapes and honey.
The result is a juicy wine with a stronger acidity than usual, a slight, spicy fizz, and a soft, full-bodied flavor.
