By crushing the yuzu with its peel, it develops a characteristic yuzu peel aroma, acidity, and bitterness.

With 22 domestic yuzu fruits used per 1800ml bottle, and 9 per 720ml bottle, which is more than traditional yuzu sake, this luxurious product is also recommended served straight and well-chilled.
