This authentic rosé sparkling wine is made using 100% Muscat Bailey A grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture and is produced using the Champagne method with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Grapes harvested in 2023 are fermented and aged to bring out delicate bubbles and a gorgeous aroma.
It features a beautiful, slightly deep rose color and has a sweet strawberry scent with a hint of toasty flavor.

The fine bubbles last for a long time, the mouthfeel is soft, and the taste is elegant and dry, with a harmonious blend of fresh acidity and fruit flavor.
This is a bottle that pairs easily with any meal, whether Japanese or Western, and will add a touch of elegance to special occasions and toasting scenes.
