In 2025, the main grapes are Fujiminori from Takemori and Koshu from Koyashiki, primarily centered in Koshu City's Enzan area.
It also uses Kyoho from Kurashina, Merlot from Fujiki, and Tannat from Akao and Sambongi.

With the slightly candy-like aroma of Fujiminori, yellow citrus, and refreshing green notes, and the alcoholic volume contributed by Koshu, the wine has a delicate balance of elegant aroma and acidity, resulting in a light-bodied wine characteristic of a lower alcohol content.
