This is a high-quality red wine with an elegant flavor reminiscent of Pinot Noir and the complexity that comes from 26 months of barrel aging.

The candy aroma is subtle and the tannins are just right, and bottle aging adds a dried fruit aroma, giving the wine more complexity.
It goes well with all kinds of meat dishes, especially game, cheese and dried fruit.
