After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this rosé wine is aged in barrels for approximately three months, resulting in a rich flavor while retaining the freshness of the fruit.

When enjoyed well-chilled, it offers a refreshing and fruity impression, and as the temperature rises, elegant and savory nuances derived from the barrel emerge.
This is a wine that allows you to enjoy the changes in aroma and taste over time.

Furthermore, by bottling it unfiltered, the wine retains the full umami and richness of the fruit, resulting in a rosé that, despite its light color, has a satisfying body.

Domaine KOSEI is a winery in the Kataoka area of Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, specializing in the cultivation and production of Merlot only.
The representative, Mr. Kosei Ajimura, is a winemaker who, as a former chief winemaker at Château Mercian, has been involved in the production of some of Japan's most representative wines, such as "Kikyogahara Merlot."
Since its establishment in 2019, the winery has pursued the charm of Merlot rooted in the Kataoka land, creating Japanese wines with elegance and dignity.
