【Domaine Oyamada Manriki 2024】

Terraced vineyards created on the southwest-facing slopes of Manriki, Yamanashi City.
All vines are cordon-pruned and trained on trellises, with three varieties interplanted in one field.
It is located very close to Nishiyama and Kanizawa, the Delaware vineyards for Domaine Oyamada's popular BOW! White.

The aroma rises beautifully, with notes of black tea, toffee, and a floral quality like white pansies at the top.
Gradually, a yellow image emerges, with a melancholic feel reminiscent of ginkgo leaves.

The Koshu's herbal notes subtly appearing and disappearing within this aroma are very interesting.
It has an attractive, lingering acidity, and if you drink it now, the delicate aromas are most easily perceived immediately after opening.
Since a significant amount of lees are intentionally included, the atmosphere changes when mixed, which you might also enjoy!
