[Domaine Oyamada Seba Red 2023]

Concept: Elegance of the North

Located in Seba, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, where vinifera grapes are interplanted using a trellising system.
With an elevation of approximately 700m, many clear days, and low night temperatures that help maintain acidity, it is an ideal location for grapes.

Since 2015, the 30a vineyard has been expanded, and the red grapes now include a blend of young Cabernet Franc, Trousseau, and Mourvèdre.

Enticing aromas of forest and mushroom.
The aroma is powerful. The forest aroma is characteristic of a Cabernet Franc-dominant blend, and the ripeness of the skins provides depth. The quality of the acidity is good, but the aroma in the mouth is still young, somewhat simple at first, but slowly reveals notes of blackberry.
