Hashitsumo rice, which is almost impossible to obtain outside of Gifu Prefecture, was developed by Gifu Prefecture, and this sake is brewed with G2 yeast, which can only be used by breweries within Gifu Prefecture.
A subtle sweet aroma wafts, and on the palate, you'll feel a gentle sweetness and umami.
