It is made using 100 % Koshu rice from Yamanashi Prefecture and is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

The aroma of peach and white flowers. The soft acidity and mellow flavor slowly spreads.

It also goes well with home-cooked dishes that use miso and soy sauce, such as Koshu's specialty hoto, miso-marinated pork, and Chikuzenni.
