Brewed in stainless steel tanks using 100% Koshu grapes from Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Aroma reminiscent of pear and citrus. There is a sense of transparency, and the lively acid and rich fruit flavors spread in a well-balanced manner.
As bottle aging progresses, the skeleton and thickness of the original Koshu variety will come out.

It goes well with delicate Japanese dishes with a dashi broth, Italian dishes with plenty of seafood, light Chinese dishes, wild vegetable tempura and white fish.

The theme of the dry selection is "clear and dignified Japanese wine".
