It has a smooth mouthfeel, typical of a Nakagumi sake, and has an exquisite balance of the rich, powerful flavor and delicacy that is unique to Yamahai brewing.

It has a rich flavor, but what's appealing about it is that it has a sharp finish towards the end.
This can be considered an introductory drink to Furousen.
