Two years ago, Mori Sake Brewery began extracting yeast from old wood that lives in the brewery, and after isolating yeast suitable for sake brewing and conducting repeated fermentation tests, they were finally able to conduct test brewing.
This time, it was unveiled in collaboration with "Aishu Cream"!

"Aishu Cream" is an activity that aims to recommend delicious sake to people who don't like sake, to dispel the negative image that young people have of sake, and to broaden its base.
