[Domaine Ponkotsu Jalopy 2022 ]

Primarily Delaware with a small amount of Chenin Blanc.

It produces a large bouquet that is almost orange and sexy.
The strong aroma of jasmine, lemongrass, ginger, dried tangerine peel, and anise makes it perfect for enjoying in a large glass.

After a while, an acidity appears that enhances the flavor, and although it is a Delaware beer, you can feel the power that comes from the brewing process.
