Kyo-ei-do 2023 Winter Release Orange Wine

Koshu grapes harvested from September 2023 were separated into juice-style and fermented-mash-style, then fermented and aged in large and medium barrels.
Aged in barrels for approximately 3 months.

Aroma of young barrels and the distinctive aroma of orange wine made from Koshu grapes.
Also has a waxy texture.
