Kyoho Winery's 2023 Summer Release Rosé

Grapes are direct-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for approximately 4 months in 500L medium barrels and 225L small barrels.

It has a gorgeous Muscat-like aroma and an oily mouthfeel, creating a rather interesting balance.
