Rich fruitiness and beautiful acidity

Chardonnay from our own vineyard is pressed with a whole bunch press and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Bottling is done using gravity flow.

It has a citrus aroma with a savory finish, and you can enjoy its plump fruitiness and beautiful acidity.

Rita Farm & Winery is a small winery run by a husband and wife, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All of their single-varietal wines use 100% estate-grown grapes, and they practice natural fermentation with wild yeasts to pursue the terroir.
Wine transfer is also done solely by gravity to avoid stress, and bottling is also done using a gravity-fed filling machine.
