About Akishika Brewery
Akishika's distinctive feature is its dedication to the rice used as the raw material for their sake. For over 20 years, they have been making sake in a chateau-style, where all employees cultivate rice in the summer and brew sake in the winter.
Using the high-quality sake rice grown there, they brew only junmai sake, with differences in polishing ratio and storage period defining the variations among their products.
