Komaizumi Tokubetsu Junmai Sakuden Kimoto Ibushigin

Kimoto Junmai with an Appealing Clean Finish

This sake is characterized by the umami and richness of rice created by kimoto, a traditional starter cultivation method, and a clean finish.

It has a moderate aroma.
From the mid-palate, you can feel the umami of the rice coming to the forefront, followed by a crisp finish.
Enjoy the complex aroma and flavor from the brewery's own lactic acid bacteria.

Chilled sake is recommended!

From Morita Shobei Official Website
Hand-crafted family tradition, prioritizing quality over quantity.
We have a cherished brand called "Magokoro" (sincerity). Its name embodies our desire to "simply and diligently brew sake."
Our sake brewing, with "committing to the fundamentals" as our unchanging motto for many years, adheres to the traditional techniques of the Nanbu style, always keeps scientific principles in mind, and incorporates the experience of our craftsmen.
Under a system where "the taste of the sake brewery = the skill of the Toji = the company's technology," we aim to be a sake brewery of reliable quality.
