Mainly Koshu and Delaware, with other ingredients including Semillon, Roussanne and Petit Manseng.

Orange-tinged apricot color.
It has a sweet aroma that comes from Della, but the top note has a pleasant lemon tea-like black tea flavor.
It has a gorgeous taste with the bittersweetness of marmalade, and the lingering aftertaste has astringent flavor that comes from soaking in water.
