[Mikawa Authentic Mirin Minetakara]

Authentic mirin made fresh without any added sugar or other additives!

It is made using 100 % domestic rice grown in Mikawa and Hekinan, an area with over 200 years of history as a mirin producing region , and contains no sugar or other additives.
This authentic mirin is made the traditional way, by hand, and is aged for three years before being bottled raw.

Unlike shochu-based mirin, this is based on brewed alcohol, so it does not have the distinctive shochu aroma and brings out the best in the ingredients.
No sugar is used, so you can taste the natural sweetness of mirin, which is made from the sugar-converted rice.
