A wine with a good balance of acidity and bitterness

In 2023, temperatures were high even during fermentation, so after fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the wine was aged in old barrels for about one and a half months before bottling.

The aroma features white flowers, citrus notes like lime, and fennel.
It has a medium body, with a good balance of acidity and bitterness in the finish.

Mizukake Winery is a small winery that primarily cultivates Alsatian grape varieties at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Hara Village, Suwa-gun, Nagano Prefecture.
Since 2022, they have been producing white, rosé, and sparkling wines using their own grapes.
