・Origin of the name "Mutsu Hassen"
The Chinese legend of the "Eight Immortals of Wine"(a story about eight wine immortals) tells various anecdotes and interesting ways these immortals enjoyed sake.
The name "Mutsu Hassen" was chosen with the wish that drinkers would enjoy sake as if they were in the realm of the wine immortals.
