No added antioxidants, unfiltered, fermented with wild yeast

This wine is made using 100 % Muscat Bailey A from our own farm in Katsunuma , with no added sugar or antioxidants, and is fermented with wild yeast and finished unfiltered.

It has a charming berry scent of strawberry and blueberry, and over time you can enjoy a chocolate-like scent.
This is by no means a light rosé wine, but rather a well-structured wine that will make you want to pair it with a variety of meals.

It goes well with stews with dashi stock, stews using soy sauce, and simply seasoned pork or chicken dishes.
