This umeshu (plum wine) is made with carefully selected plums from Oku Musashi and domestic brown sugar.
Unlike umeshu with sweetness adjusted using rock sugar, this one offers the elegant and deep richness unique to brown sugar.

It has a strong plum aroma, a rich flavor reminiscent of brandy, and the plum's acidity provides a good accent to its rich sweetness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.

Recommended on the rocks or with water.
