[Cantina Hiro Partenza Yama Sauvignon 2020]

This is the origin of Cantina Hiro.

Late-harvested Yama Sauvignon is carefully brewed without adding sugar, acid or heat.
The exterior is a deep black-purple color with slight brick red or orange hues on the edges.
The aroma starts with prunes, raisins and apricots, then moves on to smoky bacon, almonds and vanilla.
The attack is gentle and soft, but the acidity gives the overall impression of being firm.

This medium-bodied red wine loses its stiffness as it opens up upon exposure to air, and you can enjoy the heat and stickiness from the alcohol, soft tannins, and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
It goes well with game dishes such as venison and duck, and dishes using sesame oil or olive oil.
