This is a limited edition bottled sake for the brewery opening held at Ryoseki Sake Brewery every year.
Unfortunately, it was canceled due to the influence of the new coronavirus, so we were able to distribute it to a more limited number of special stores nationwide.

It has a refreshing scent like melon and lychee, and a fresh and lively taste that is unique to raw sake.
The moderate flavor is followed by a slight citrus acidity, and the aftertaste fades away comfortably.
