Sanyo Jozo Koshu Trio 2024 750ml
[Sanyo Jozo Koshu Trio 2024]
From a modest impression to a full-bodied flavor
This is a white wine made from the Koshu grape variety grown by three cultivators in Yamanashi Prefecture.
Upon opening, the aroma is modest with a clean, citrusy impression, but it gradually transforms into a flavor with the volume of umeshu (plum wine).
Although it went through almost the same winemaking process as the "Duo", released at the same time, the slight differences in the growers' vineyards resulted in distinct flavors.
Compared to the "Duo", this Trio has a longer fermentation period with the grape skins, so it has a more robust feel when compared.
Please try comparing it with the "Duo", which was released simultaneously.
