The wine uses Merlot from our own fields in Makioka-cho, Yamanashi City.
After experiencing three consecutive years of rainy weather, and a year with little direct sunlight, we have made this wine Petillant to take advantage of the interesting aromatic compounds.
It has a fresh fruit flavor and a moderate bitterness, making it a soft drink.

No antioxidants (sulfites) added.
