This white wine is made from carefully selected, high-quality Koshu grapes, with balanced acidity and sugar content maximized through barrel fermentation.
After 72 days of barrel fermentation and three months of barrel aging, the wine has a perfect balance of the moderate barrel aroma (13% new barrels) and fruit flavor.
The refreshing and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of hassaku and grapefruit is layered with deep nuances of toast, almonds, and mocha cream, and when you put it in your mouth, the fruitiness and rich flavor from the casks spread in a balanced way.
It has a firm acidity but a mellow mouthfeel, and is characterized by a strong flavor despite being a white wine.
The flavor of the barrel will settle over time, and the bottle aging will give the wine a deeper flavor, so you can enjoy it according to your preference.
